Description (Service) Provides services for infants, toddlers and preschoolers at risk of or experiencing developmental delay * Services include: developmental screening; intensive home-based programming; developmental assessment; child development information; service coordination; linkages to other services
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm
Eligibility Ages: 5 year(s) and under 
 
Children who: are experiencing developmental issues; have health or medical issues; have a diagnosed condition. Children are ineligible if they are attending a licensed child care program or kindergarten.
