Description (Service) The Waterloo Wellington LHIN is a crown agency of the government of Ontario, funded by the Ministry and Health and Long-Term Care. Invests $1.1 billion annually in local health services to support the health needs of residents across Waterloo Wellington.
Hours Mon-Sun 8:30 am-8:30 pm (by Phone) * Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm (office hours) * staff is also located within local hospitals
Eligibility People who are recovering from illness or injury, and those who are living with chronic illness or disability
Application People must meet eligibility criteria in order to access publicly-funded health services. There may be wait times for some services. Please call for more information.
