| Description (Service) | Financial assistance with child care costs for children age 0-12 attending licensed Early Learning and Child Care programs, Before and After School, and Recreation programs. Financial assistance can cover some or all of the cost of child care, depending on income. |

Financial eligibility is determined by a Provincial Income Test, using line 236 from the Federal Notice of Assessment |
