| Description (Service) | Supervised social and recreational programs are designed to maintain or improve physical, social, and mental well-being through a variety of activities including exercises, stimulating games, cards and crafts, discussion groups, speakers, interactive music programs, films, pet therapy, special events and outings * hot noon meals and snacks * transportation may be provided if required * individuals may attend weekly, biweekly or monthly- one to six days per week based on need and program availability * wait times generally vary from 3 days to 12 weeks |

| Eligibility | Ages: 18 year(s) and up Adults 18 years of age with physical, mental or cognitive impairments and frail older adults who require support to participate in social and recreational activities and are unable to attend other social recreational programs in the ocmmunity or whose care givers require a break from their care giving role. |
