Description (Service) | St Louis Adult Learning and Continuing Education Centres offers a variety of ways for adults to earn secondary school credits, improve or learn languages or receive support to complete or further their education . In Cambridge, St. Louis offers * Core Essentials to prepare students for credit classes * Correspondence lesson drop -off box & Personal Support Worker, where students can earn up to 6 secondary school credits. Alternatively, students may earn secondary school credits by taking Day classes in Kitchener only, online courses from home, correspondence/self-study from home (registration and tutoring in Kitchener, lesson drop box in Cambridge), earn co-op credits through current paid employment, school-to -work training programs (PSW in Cambridge or Kitchener; Hairstyling and Culinary in Kitchener only). Guidance Services and Prior Learning Assessment & Recognition (PLAR) may be accessed in Kitchener, Registration is ongoing throughout the school year, plus summer at the Kitchener Main Campus.
