Public Comments Our 400 Queen Street is open for counselling services to those across Waterloo Region with minimal staff onsite, however are offering complimentary online and over the phone counselling sessions until April 5th. Call (519) 743-6333 and press 2 to reach intake support. This is in collaboration with the Counselling Collaborative and LHIN. 400 Queen St. building has reduced hours; Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, not open on weekends. • While our sites are currently open at 400 Queen St. and 1770 King St. Front Door, we are encouraging people who need mental health supports to call us to make a telephone or video appointment. 
• Individuals who are facing anxiety or mild/moderate mental health challenges may also want to download the Woebot app available for Apple and Android devices. This is a free online Artificial Intelligence powered application that offers CBT- based therapy techniques.
