Description & Services
Description (Service) Helps households with low-incomes avoid the consequences of not being able to pay their natural gas bills, such as loss of heat or homelessness.
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm
Eligibility Winter Warmth is designed for low-income families and individuals living at, or below, the poverty line who have exhausted all other sources of financial support. Approved households may receive one grant (up to $500 maximum) per calendar year.
Application Call 519-883-2100 and select Option 1 to apply. Documents required: Social Insurance Number, Health Card Number, banking information (including account number), information on assets and income and rent or mortgage amount.
