Public Comments | COVID-19 Update: Kitchener Downtown Community Health Centre is fully open Mon-Thu 8 am-6 pm and Fri 8 am-4 pm We will be providing the all physician and nurse services. Chiropody and Social Work Services have resumed onsite. Outreach services for our IPC Team are open. Call: 519-745-4404 ext. 202 for the IPC Team’s location. Ontario Seniors Dental Care Program Services are open for urgent and emergency appointments. Virtual Groups for Breastfeeding Buddies, Walking Group, Friendly Visits are operating. Garden Group Development is underway. I.D. Clinic identification pickup is open. Call: 519-745-4404 ext. 207 to schedule an appointment to apply for ID. If you would prefer a phone/video appointment, we will try our best to accommodate you. When you arrive at the Health Centre please expect: 1. To be Screened at the Front Door Your temperature will be taken Screening questions will be asked 2. You will be expected to wash your hands. 3. You will be expected to physically distance by staying 2 metres or 6 feet away from the person next to you. 4. If you have a mask, please wear this to your appointment. If you don’t have a mask, you will be offered a fabric mask and will need to wear this while in the building |
