| Description (Service) | Currently there is 1 adult respite bed within a group home settings that may be accessed by community participants on a fee-for-service basis. |

| Application | To obtain access to CLC's respite services, the potential respite guest would need to contact Christa Moniz, Manager of Inclusion Supports with Community Living Cambridge (No referral is needed from outside agencies) Arrangements will then be made for an interview and tour of the suggested group home to determine the candidate's suitability and level of care required. Available supports are not suitable for individuals with high behaviours or those requiring medical supports. Please note that occasionally the wait for a tour can be several weeks from the time the respite guest receives contact from the Manager of Inclusion Supports. Respite visits will depend on the availability of the specific respite bed requested. |
