Description (Service) Formal evaluation and credit-granting process 
     
  • Allows students 18 years and older to obtain credits through prior learning – the knowledge and skills that adults have acquired, in both formal and informal ways, outside secondary school (work, training, volunteering, etc.) 
  • Up to 26 of the 30 credits required for a high school diploma can be granted 
Hours Main Office: Mon-Fri 8 am to 4 pm  
Guidance: Mon-Thu 8:30 am-12:30 noon / 1:30 pm-3 pm, Tue and Wed 5:30 pm-7:30 pm
Eligibility Ages: 18 year(s) and up 
 
     
  • At least 18 years old on or before December 31 of the school year 
  • Has been out of regular day school for a period of at least 10 months
