Organization Details
Description (Service) Promotes, encourages, and communicates the history of the United Empire Loyalists and their contribution to the development of Canada through education, genealogical research, teaching of Loyalist history in schools, and preservation of Loyalist records and artifacts.
Description & Services
Elections A Nominating Committee is elected in Sep and this Committee brings a report to the membership in Nov and the actual voting is at the Annual Meeting which is held in Mar each year.
Hours Meets monthly * various events 
Meets usually on the third Sun in Apr, May, Jul, Aug, Sep and Oct. 
In Mar meet the Sat before the third Sun and in Nov the Sat before the third Sun. In Jun celebrate Loyalists' Day and in March and Nov meet for lunch on Sat with the meeting following because of early darkness.
Dates The meetings are held on the following dates in 2016 - Sat Mar 18, Sun Apr 16, Sun May 21, Jun 18 - Canada 150 and Loyalists' Day in Ontario celebrations, Sun Jul 16, Sun Aug 20, Sun Sep 17, Sun Oct 15 and Sat Nov 18.
Meetings The meetings in Mar, Apr, May, Sep, Oct and Nov are held at the Best Western Brantford Hotel & Conference Centre with the meetings in Jun being held in Vittoria, Jul in St. Williams and Aug in Ohsweken.
Eligibility People of United Empire Loyalists heritage * people interested in United Empire Loyalists * people who are interested in early settlement of Canada - whether of United Empire Loyalist heritage or not - anyone can be a member of the Branch
