Description (Service) Peer support groups for families and friends with missing loved ones (Missing Persons). NEW: Online virtual groups, every other Wednesday, 7-8pm EST. Offered through Self Help & Peer Support, CMHA Waterloo Wellington.
Sharing of information and resources available for families and friends with missing loved ones.
Advocacy for legislative changes to help find missing persons.
Community awareness and training of support needs for families and their experience of Ambiguous Loss (Dr. Pauline Boss).
Relationship building and community connections to build a network of supports for those with missing loved ones.
