| Description (Service) | This Peer support program is geared to pregnant and postpartum mothers with an infant under age 2 and adjusting to changes and challenges of parenthood. Participants will have the chance to: discuss coping strategies to help get through the difficult days, meet other mothers who are experiencing the same feelings, develop friendships, learn about other community programs and strengthen connections with their infant. Early Learning programs available during group for children birth to 6 yrs. |
