|Description (Service)||Falls Prevention Education sessions are led by Registered Kinesiologists. Learn how to identify and address a wide range of factors that can cause falls. Sessions focus on strategies for healthy aging, including information on nutrition, balance, muscle and bone health, and mobility aids and assistive devices.
The six-week series is offered ongoing at Rockway Centre in Kitchener, 1405 King Street East. Call us for other locations. Registration is required.
